RFID labels with long distance reach

So called RFID windshield labels with integrated UHF-Antenna can open contactlessly gates or bars from the windshield of the car.

UHF labels can be read, depending on the reading unit, up to several meters and are suitable for the use in cars. Therefore a special temperature resistant material made from Polycarbonat composite material is used, that fulfills the special requirements in the vehicle.

This technique is also commonly used in the industry. Products, skeleton container or boxes can be equipped with UHF labels and are automatically scanned during transport. This assures a consistent and automatic recording of all steps made in the factory.

Also standard Plastic cards or tags can contain UHF antennas and provide contactless access control for employees or visitors.
