This high-quality, durable material can be recycled and is therefore an environmentally friendly alternative to conventional PVC. PETG cards can be used in all areas in which conventional PVC cards are used.
Plastic cards made of PETG can be personalized with DOD and thermal transfer printing processes and can be produced with all common printing processes and refinements such as signature panel, hotstamping, silkscreen printing and spot varnish.
PETG cards are also available as thin plastic cards with a thickness of 0.45 mm and are therefore even more environmentally friendly than cards with standard thickness of 0.76 mm thanks to a 41% lower material consumption.
