Printed plastic cards in best quality

Plastic cards are well accepted in our average life. Formerly mainly used as credit cards for payments - nowadays plastic cards be used variously: client cards for customer loyalty programs, extraordinary advertising, datastorage, access control, ID system and much more.

Magnetic stripes, Microchips or RFID cards offer individual solutions for every technical application.

The averagely used standard card is a glossy laminated Plastic card. The specification is described in ISO 7810. It is made from 4-5 layers of PVC and completely recyclable.

The format of a standard card in credit card format is 85,6 * 54,0 mm and has a thickness of 760 micron +/- 0,8 mm with rounded edges.

We are printing plastic cards Offset or silkscreen in sheet-fed printing process. After printing the sheets are covered on both sides with a glossy or matt Overlay. Magnetic stripes or RFID chips are implemented with the lamination, conctact chips are applied afterwards.

There are plenty of finishing possibilities in the printing of plastic cards which enlarge the spectrum of varieties in plastic cards: Holograms enlarge the protection against forgery, spot varnish or Hotstamping accentuates elements of the layout such as the company logo or the header text. Scratch off labels shield codes underneath from unauthorized use.
